Customer Refund and Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of BRYT Mushroom Coffee, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your first non‑promotional order, you may request a refund within 60 days of receiving it. For promotional initial subscription orders, refunds are not available with respect to the first (promotional) charge until at least one full recurring billing cycle has been completed.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@brytme.com before sending back any items. This ensures we can process your request efficiently and provide you with the correct return instructions.
Important:
- Refunds for the first charge of promotional subscription plans are not available until at least one full recurring billing cycle has been completed. Refunds for first‑time non‑promotional subscription orders are subject to the 60‑day satisfaction guarantee stated above.
- Returns must include all original items in their unopened and unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you do not provide return tracking information, and the package does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund.
- Refunds are not available for any products returned more than 45 days after purchase.
RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging. This 30‑day return window applies only to standard, non‑promotional orders and does not apply to promotional initial subscription orders.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund for the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).
We reserve the right to deny refunds for any returns that do not meet these criteria.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, BRYT is not responsible for reshipping the order.
Customers may choose to:
1. Request a refund for the product (minus any shipping costs), provided the item is returned in its original condition.
2. Pay an additional shipping fee to have the order resent.
Orders that are marked as undeliverable will not be eligible for a refund after 30 days from the original delivery attempt.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive a damaged product, please email support@brytme.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 60 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if verified, arrange a replacement.
Replacements will not be issued without sufficient proof of damage.
REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse to accept a package upon delivery, it may be returned to us by the shipping carrier. Please note:
- A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The exact fee amount is determined by the carrier and will be applied accordingly.
- If a refused package is lost during its return to us, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
For this reason, we strongly recommend accepting the package and reaching out to us for assistance with a return instead of refusing delivery.
ORDERING POLICY
MODIFYING ORDERS
If you need to modify an order after placing it, please contact us at support@brytme.com immediately.
- If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
- If a packing slip has already been generated, the order cannot be altered.
DUPLICATE ORDERS
Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not accidentally place duplicate orders. If a duplicate order is placed, all standard return policies apply.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Our subscription cancellation policy is designed to ensure you have enough time to experience the benefits.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the Terms of Service, which require cancellation at least 5 days before the next scheduled shipment and completion of a minimum subscription term of 2 months for promotional plans.
- For promotional initial subscription orders, the first (promotional) charge is non‑refundable prior to completion of the second billing cycle, except as required by applicable law.
- To cancel, customers must log in to their BRYT account and follow the cancellation process.
- Once canceled, no further charges will be applied, and no additional shipments will be sent.
By subscribing to BRYT, you agree that your subscription is subject to the cancellation and refund rules set out in this document and the Terms of Service, including a minimum subscription term for promotional plans.
FREE MONTHLY GIFTS
If your order qualifies for a free gift and it is missing from your shipment, please reach out to us. We will include the missing item in your next subscription order, but we do not ship free gifts separately. Free monthly gifts are not available for promotional initial orders that are cancelled or refunded before the second billing cycle.
