Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

At BRYT, we currently ship only within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is processed. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

We strongly advise customers to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. BRYT is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, if an issue arises, we will do our best to assist in resolving it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. While we will do our best to support you, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@brytme.com immediately. We may require photographic evidence of both the damaged product and its packaging before taking further action.
